APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please read through the Common Questions page in its entirety prior to booking an appointment.

✧ Booking Fee: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your appointment. Submitting your fee confirms your understanding of our policies.

✧ Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older.

✧ Health & Safety: Services cannot be performed if you are pregnant or nursing.

✧ Pre-Appointment Prep: Proper Pre-Care ensures the best results. Click here for Pre-Care information

✧ No Guests: To maintain a calm environment, no children or additional guests are permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

✶ 48-Hour Notice: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

✶ Late Cancellations (Under 48 Hours): Your booking fee is non-transferable and a new fee is required to reschedule.

✶ No Shows & Same Day Cancellations: Result in forfeiture of the booking fee, requiring a new one to rebook.

✶ One-Time Reschedule: If you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your fee can be transferred once. Additional changes will require a new fee.

✶ Booking Fee Expiration: Fees expire 6 months after the original appointment date.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in the cancelation and loss of your booking fee

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment will be made the day of your appointment

Credit Cards, cash, Afterpay or Zelle are acceptable forms of payment

We will not accept checks as payment. Your final payment amount will be the total cost of your appointment, minus your booking fee amount.

RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

  • Everyone heals differently; results cannot be guaranteed.

  • A Perfecting Session (8-12 weeks post-appointment) helps refine your results.

  • Additional touch-ups may be needed depending on skin type and pigment retention.

RESCHEDULING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION

✶ Rescheduling is only complimentary if the rescheduled date takes place within the 8-12 week period from your Initial Session.

✶ Your Perfecting Session is booked immediately upon booking your Initial Session to ensure you receive your Perfecting Session with 8-12 weeks.

✶ If the rescheduled date falls after the 8-12 week period, you will be subject to the Additional Touch Up pricing and a booking fee of $75 will be required to reserve your new appointment date. The booking fee will be deducted from the final price of the Additional Touch Up.
